Fences

I continue the never ending struggle to try to get the Fence on either side of the junction of Sandfields Road and Cambridge Street replaced. Following a Freedom of Information request, I’m now told that it would cost £4000 to replace it while the Council continues to spend hundreds of pounds every year on expensive and cosmetically awful repairs. My next step will be to get up a petition; always embarrassing. But why is this necessary? If this was outside the Tory County Council’s offices you can be sure it would have been replaced years ago!
